Welcome to ClickDose! Every week we pick one ad that's running right now, follow the click to the page, then build a new brand with AI, ad and page.

Last week we tore down the video Graza launched 10 times. This week is our first B2B brand: monday.com, the work-management software. 1,005 ads, and 94 of them star managers made with AI.

In today's edition:

  • 🥃 monday.com is running 94 ads with AI-generated managers, and it labels every one.

  • 🛬 934 of its ads ask for a free sign-up. 37 ask for a demo.

  • 🤖 We filmed four seconds of Eric and turned him into a hospital facilities director for software that doesn't exist.

🥃 monday.com Runs 1,005 Ads.
1,005 ads. 94 labelled "Ai generated." All from the last 21 days.

Eleven AI-generated managers from monday.com ads, each stamped AI generated

11 managers. None of them have a desk.

🧠 The Setup

monday.com sells work-management software to small teams and, according to its homepage, to "over 60% of the Fortune 500." We pulled every active ad on October 5. The library shows 1,005, and we got 991 of them before the API gave out.

94 ads carry a small caption at the bottom of the frame that says "Ai generated." They come from 11 videos, each with a different manager talking to camera, and all 11 started in the last three weeks.

🖼 The Visual

The video with the most copies (17 ads) opens on a guy in a black tee holding a mug. A sticker on screen replies to a comment that asks "What's your manager flex? the title?"

His answer is "Nope, it's not the title. It's the fact that I actually know what the hell is going on. My biggest flex is monday.com."

That takes four seconds. Then he's gone. The other 21 seconds are screen recordings of the product with his voice on top (an owner column, a chart going up, a Kanban board, "Sign up today!"). The "Ai generated" caption stays at the bottom of the frame the whole time, even over the screen recordings.

🛬 Where It Lands

All 94 send you to the homepage, the same page everyone else gets.

🛠 How to Steal It

  • Use AI for the hook only. The AI manager is on screen for four seconds. The product screen does the rest.

  • Make 11, not one. Eleven scripts, eleven faces, three weeks. Each one opens on a complaint a manager already has ("did you finish that?", "stop copy-pasting").

TOGETHER WITH CLICKDOSE LABS

ClickDose Labs agent-ready website from $499: built for the people who visit it and the AI agents that read it

A new website, from $499. We research your market, customers and competitors. You pick a design style, we build three prototypes, and you keep the one you choose. You own it outright.

It's built for the people who visit and set up so AI assistants can read it and answer questions about you. SEO and AEO ready, fast on a phone, with conversion-focused copy and layout. Custom to any design and interactivity you like.

🤖 AI That Actually Ships

We built hospital work-order software, filmed four seconds of Eric on his phone, and turned him into a facilities director who doesn't exist. This took 10 minutes.

🧠 The Play We Copied

monday.com's AI managers each say one complaint their buyer already has, then hand over to the product.

SUBLEVEL is fictional work-order software. Nurses send requests from their phones, each request goes to whoever is on shift, and every closed order lands in the inspection log.

🖼 What We Made

Eric filmed himself saying the line on his phone, and Higgsfield turned him into our facilities director. The mouth movements are Eric's, so the lips match the words. Then we swapped his voice for a different one that keeps his timing.

After the hook it's 20 seconds of the product doing the job he just complained about, with an "Ai generated" label on every frame, same as monday.com.

Four frames from the SUBLEVEL ad: the AI facilities director's hook, the request arriving, the order closed and logged, and the Start free end card

Four seconds of AI, then the product. Same order as monday.com's.

🛬 The Page

We built a SaaS page for it. monday.com sends all 94 AI managers to the same homepage. Ours sends the facilities director to a page that opens with his face and his line. Then you can press the 3am pager and watch the request get handled, drag a whiteboard away to see the same night in SUBLEVEL, and build the inspection binder yourself.

The SUBLEVEL SaaS page: the AI facilities director's video and his 3am line next to a one-field Start free form

The top of the page. Same man, same 3am.

🛠 Three Things On the Page

  1. The same guy from the ad. The page opens with his face and his 3am line, so people know they landed in the right place.

  2. A button you can press. Tap the pager and watch SUBLEVEL handle the 3am call. People see it work before they sign up.

  3. One box to sign up. A work email starts the free plan. A small link next to it books a demo for bigger hospitals.

🎁 Refer One, Get The Machine

We put our whole process into one prompt. Paste in any ad and it does the teardown, rebuilds the ad for your brand, writes the creative brief, and tells you which landing page the ad needs.

It's called The Machine Prompt. Send ClickDose to one person who buys ads. When they subscribe, it lands in your inbox.

👋 That's A Wrap!
